Theresa Agnes Paul, 79, of Dorchester, died Saturday, October 18, 2025 at The Homeplace of Dorchester surrounded by her family and while under the care of Hope Hospice.
She was born May 19, 1946 on the family farm in Dorchester to Stephen and Agnes Drinka. She graduated from Dor-Abby High School in 1964.
On January 8, 1966, Theresa married the love of her life, Daniel Paul. They farmed in the town of Little Black until 1999. Once the cows were sold, Theresa earned her Certified Nurse’s Aide certificate and worked as a CNA at Colonial Health Services in Colby for 15 years, a job she truly enjoyed and made many friends there.
Theresa enjoyed sewing, gardening, canning and cooking.
She is survived by her four children, Craig (Jill) Paul, Loretta ( Steven) Koski, Ann (Toby) Devine and Aaron Paul, all of Medford; grandchildren, Ryan Paul (Sarah Wentz), Brett Paul (Lauren Berg), Courtney (Derek) Koffarnus, Ryley Koski (Evan Lalor), Carly and Logan Koski, Tristan Devine (Xavier Clark), Abby Devine, Eva and Jacob Paul; and a great-granddaughter, Teagan Koffarnus.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dan on February 10, 2022; and her siblings, John, Rosie and Maryann.
A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Medford with Fr. Patrick McConnell officiating. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Little Black.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
