Sandra K. Thompson

Sandra K. Thompson, 71, of Medford, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Aspirus Medford Hospital.

A private family service will take place at a later date.

Sandra was born on May 7, 1953 to Lester and Darlene (Gehrig) Thompson in Marshfield. She attended Brandle School and Brookside school before graduating from Medford Senior High School in 1971. After school, she worked for Tombstone pizza until her retirement.

Sandra was an amazing knitter and crocheter. She enjoyed snowmobiling, riding ATV, berry picking, going to the movies, watching wildlife out of her back window, antique collecting, and spending time with her family around the fire pit.

Sandra is survived by her mother, Darlene, sister, Darla (Brad) Wiedenhoeft of Noxon, MT, and brother, Scott Thompson of Medford. Sandra is further survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Lester.
