Roger Lee Anderson, 70, of Medford, town of Molitor, died suddenly and unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
He was born May 16, 1955 in Medford to Carl R. and Rose (Neuman) Anderson.
Shortly after school, Roger began working at Marathon Cheese and worked there until his retirement in 2020. He retired as a forklift operator there.
Roger was a simple man of few words but had a heart of gold. He loved his family and would do anything for them. He enjoyed doing anything outdoors, including hunting, ice fishing, trips out west in his camper, and going four-wheeling.
He is survived by his nephews, Cory (Kristie Ulrich) Anderson, Eric Anderson, all of Medford; great-nieces and nephews, Bryce, Makala, Isaac, Mason and Dominick.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Carl D. Anderson Jr.
In honor of Roger’s wishes, he will be laid to rest next to his parents and brother at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II in the spring.
