Robert "Bob" L. Phillips

Robert “Bob” L. Phillips, of Lindstrom, MN, and formerly of St. Mary’s Pont, MN, passed away on October 17, 2021 at the age 0f 83. Bob was recently living in Medford, WI, near his son, Sheldon and family.

He was born on May 16, 1938 and served our country in the US Army during the Korean War. Bob spent his career with Waterous Company and Metro Waste before retiring in 2000. He adored is family! Bob loved to travel on his motorcycle all over the country including trips to Alaska and the East Coast, had a passion for hunting and fishing, and took great pleasure spending time in Mexico with Bonnie and her family. He enjoyed being a jokester and was always up for a good time.

Bob is survived by sons, Robbie (Patty), Sheldon (Kelly), and daughter, Lisa (Jay) Roettger; and their mother, Carla; bonus daughter, Paula (Dave) Kolbeck; stepchildren, Tara (Brad) Bennet, Chris (Debbie) Lilly, and Lisa (Joe) Bosman; grandchildren, Sam, Katie Lea, Alyssa; bonus granddaughters, Elise and Allison; step-grandchildren, Zachary, Katie Lou, Jacob, Natalie, Emma, Holden (Annie), Kelsey, Ally, and Erin; step-great-grandson, Croix; step-great-granddaughter, Nova; sister, Vera; brother, Ronnie; sisters-in-law, Lee Lee (Mike) Rocco and Connie (Tom) Johnson, and many other nieces and nephews.

Bob was preceded in death by he wife, Bonnie; father, Leo; mother, Catherine; brothers, Alvin, Dallas, and Howard “Butch”.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 5-8 PM at Chisago Lakes Grill & Golf Course, 12975 292nd St. Lindstrom, MN
