Michele L. Hoeck, 54, of Goodrich, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at House of the Dove in Marshfield, surrounded by family, under the care of Compassus Hospice.
Funeral service for Michele will take place at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, with Pastor David Spaude officiating. Burial will follow at Medford Evergreen Cemetery II. Visitation will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Church on Thursday, November, 21, 2024 from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 11:00 AM.
Michele was born to Arlen and Joanne (Pfalz) Pepke on October 31, 1970 in Merrill. She graduated from Northland Lutheran High School in 1989. She went on to earn her Associated of Applied Nursing from NTC and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Phoenix University. She married Jim Hoeck on August 21, 1992.
Michele worked various roles and positions at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield. She worked as a nurse manager at Aspirus Medford Clinic. For the last 5 years Michele was Manager of Care Management at Family Health Center in Marshfield.
Michele was an avid knitter and quilter. She made many quilts for her family and also donated many quilts and blankets to fundraisers and organizations.
Michele is survived by her husband, Jim; 3 sons, Andrew (Tori) Hoeck of Marathon City, Jacob Hoeck of Milaca, MN, and Matthew (fiancé Jaden Carstensen) Hoeck of Medford; granddaughter Natalie Rose. Michele is further survived by her parents, Arlen and Joanne, brothers, Scott (Tessa) Pepke and Luke (Brianna) Pepke, sisters-in-law, Kathy (Tom) Henke and Becky (Brent) Clarkson, and many other family and friends.
Michele was preceded in death by her parents-in-law Earl and Karen Hoeck and brother-in-law Ed Hoeck.
