Michael F. Linzner

Michael F. Linzner, 76, of Rib Lake, passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

Cremation rites have been accorded and no services will be held.

Michael was born to Fritz Sr. and Esther (Dassow) Linzner on June 17, 1948 in Rib Lake. He graduated from Rib Lake High School. He married Gail Willett on February 13, 1971; she precedes him in death.

In his spare time Michael enjoyed hunting, fishing, woodworking, being outside, mowing grass, tinkering in the garage, watching westerns, and spending time with family.

Michael is survived by his children, Dawn (Martin) Bernal of Carpentersville, IL, Jodi (Ismael) Ruiz, Amy (Lance) Dehne, and Michelle (Elias) Sandoval, all of Medford, and John Griffiths of North Carolina; grandchildren, Arika James and Joey Bernal; brothers, Fred (Sandy) Linzner Jr. and Frank (Mary) Linzner. Michael is further survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other family and friends.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and sister, Phyllis Kelnhofer.
