Linda worked at Marathon Cheese for many years, then drove pilot cars for oversized loads, and worked for Figgy’s during many holiday seasons.

She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Betty (Terry) Holbach of Medford; siblings, Connie (Junior) Miller of Medford, Donna (Joe) Arvelo of Marshfield, Peggy (Mike) Radakovich of Milwaukee, Roger (Mary) Zugier of Mondovi; sister-in-law, Eleanor “Nonie” Zugier of Boyd; two beloved granddaughters, Erin (Thomas) Danen of Medford, Jessica (Brandon) Meier of Marshfield; and four precious great-grandchildren, MaKenna, Autumn, Nora and Henry; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Peter Marchinek, and a brother, Richie Zugier.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, November 9, 2024 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 210167 State Hwy 13, in Spencer with Rev. Jeff Siegel officiating. Interment will be at a later date at Hillside Cemetery in Coloma, Wisconsin.
