Levi Mateo Castaneda-Ortiz, age 8 days, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 26, 2021.

He was born in Medford to Jamie Castaneda and Julian Ortiz.

Levi was only here 8 days, but those days were filled with love, smiles, snuggles and happiness. His time here will be truly cherished. His short life touched the hearts of many.

He will be sadly missed by his parents, Jamie and Julian; a brother, Leo; sister, Mila; grandparents, Lupita Lara and Jose Ortiz; great-grandmother, Bertha Arvelo; and many aunts and uncles.

A private family service will be held.
