Karrie Lynn (Schmidt) Becker

Karrie Lynn Becker (Schmidt), 54, of Athens, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. Services will be held at Highland Community Church, Wausau, beginning at 11 am on Monday, August 25th. A secondary celebration of life will be held at Karrie & Randy's residence beginning at 10 am on Saturday, September 27th and going until the last story is told. Born in Menominee Falls, Wisconsin, on January 7th, 1971, Karrie graduated from North Central Technical College with certificates in Global Supply Chain Management. Karrie spent her life helping others and giving to those she loved. Karrie loved her family, spending time with her husband and family, card making, crafting, taking pictures, fishing, and making Christmas cookies.

Karrie is survived by her husband, Randell, two children Tiffany Becker, and Tylar Becker, one grandchild Leo Becker, her father Andrew Schmidt (Faye), her mother Francine Ruden, and three siblings Tony Schmidt (Carol), Denise Schmidt Voigt (Roger Voigt), Jeanine Hartwig (Brian VanLuven).

Karrie will be remembered for her tremendous care for others, unwavering dedication to her family, and her amazingly large heart. Her loyalty and passion to those she cared for were gifts to those in her life.
