PRINCIPAL EVENTS IN LIFE: She married at the age of 20 and her and her husband owned and operated Pioneer Cheese Factory in Little Black where she operated the store and was the book keeper for a number of years. They then owned and operated a dairy farm in the Town of Little Black until her retirement in 1970. She enjoyed needlework and traveling. She enjoyed gardening and raising flowers. Gladys also enjoyed cooking and baking, especially her apple pies. She also played concertina her entire life.
